The challenge
Swimwell Pools India needed a mobile product that brought together service bookings, water health tracking, and product ordering — for both pool owners and the maintenance staff serving them — in a single intuitive app.
What I built
As CPO, I owned everything from defining the MVP scope using the RICE framework to mapping complete user journeys for both sides of the service. Ran user research and usability testing throughout, and delivered across iOS, Android, and web.
The outcome
A multi-platform product — iOS, Android, and web — with WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance. Booking, service discovery, and provider management journeys were all refined through testing, driving improved conversion and retention.
